Adjust only iff the inside edge of the tyre is hotter than the outside edge by more than 10 degrees.
Note: after a prolonged slide or a spin out, the load and therefor temperatures across the tyre surface will not be the same as after normal driving!
Change only one setting at a time in small increments
From more to less influence
Having the inside edge too hot generally means the setup is not allowing for the outside patch of the tyre to come into contact with the track as much as it should. To resolve this, decreasing the negative tyre camber (value closer to 0) will move the load more towards the outside edge of the tyre. Changing camber will impact cornering performance of the car.
If the front tyres are scrubbing too much down the straight it could mean that the front tyre toe-out is set too aggressive, try reducing it to prevent the tyre from scrubbing along the surface too much. Reducing the front toe-out will impact the cornering performance particularly during turn in.
By decreasing the tyre pressures slightly you will bring more of the tyre into contact and help spread the load and therefore temperature across the tyre.
If the overheating of the inside edge of the tyre is happening mostly during cornering, softening the anti-roll bar stiffness will allow the car to roll more of its weight to the outside and with it also spread more of that weight onto the outside edge of the tyre. Changing the suspension stiffness will have a big impact on the cornering performance however.
